Hi. I knew when I saw this, it would be delicious. Made this yesterday and it was easy to follow and well written. Forced ourselves to wait till after dinner till it cooled and to enjoy. It was well worth rushing through dinner to try it! The taste isn’t overly sweet and although we tried it plain and then with butter, we can’t wait to try it this morning with jam. Thank you for such a delicious recipe, as several of your recipes I have made.
