This is a delicious winter cocktail made with egg liquer, white wine and orange juice.

Ingredients

Eierlikör (Egg Liquer)
shop-bought or homemade (see notes in post)

white wine
dry white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, or Pinot Grigio
½
cup
orange juice

vanilla extract

Instructions
Place the egg liqueur, wine, orange juice, and vanilla extract in a saucepan and mix until combined.
1 ½ cups Eierlikör (Egg Liquer) ,
½ cup white wine,
½ cup orange juice,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Gently warm the mixture. The temperature should not exceed 70°C or 158°F, as otherwise, the egg will start to cook.
Whip up the cream until stiff.
1 cups whipping cream
Pour the Eierpunsch into two cups or tea glasses. Add a dollop of cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon.
