  • Place the egg liqueur, wine, orange juice, and vanilla extract (affiliate link) in a saucepan and mix until combined.
  • Gently warm the mixture. The temperature should not exceed 70°C or 158°F, as otherwise, the egg will start to cook.
  • Whip up the cream until stiff.
  • Pour the Eierpunsch into two cups or tea glasses. Add a dollop of cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon.
