Instructions
Wash the meat slice into 1 cm cubes.
1 lb beef steak,
1 lb chicken breast ,
1 lb pork filet
Add the oil or broth to the fondue pot and bring it to a boil on your stove. As soon as it burns transfer the pot to your Rechaud/heater. Then pitch the meat onto the forks and cook or fry them until done.
