German Quark Dip Recipes
Two auhentic German Quark Dips with herbs.

For the plain Quark dip
- 250 gr quark 8.8oz
- 30 gr herbs 1 oz finely chopped, i.e. parsley and chives
- 4 teaspoon milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Recipe variation quark dip with sour cream
- 250 g quark 8.8oz quark if you cannot find any use fromage frais or ricotta
- 30 g chives 1 oz - finley chopped
- 150 g sour cream 5 oz
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
Plain Quark dip with herbs
Make sure that you clean and chop the herbs finely.
Carefully stir the milk into the quark to make it creamier.
Add the herbs and carefully fold them into the mix.
Season with salt and pepper.
