Swedish Coconut and Chocolate Balls
Traditional Coconut and Chocolate Balls

- 115 gr unsalted butter
- 180 gr rolled oats or porridge oats
- 250 gr caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
- 2 teaspoon cold coffee
- 3 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 20 gr desecrated coconut
In a bowl mix the butter, vanilla flavour, sugar, coffee and cocoa powder to a smooth mass. Make sure there are no lumps in the butter.
Now add the oats.
Roll the mass into around 20 balls (depending on which size you prefer)
Pour the coconut onto a plate and roll the balls to cover them.
Place into the fridge to set for about 2 hours before serving.
