Swedish Coconut and Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

  • 115 gr unsalted butter
  • 180 gr rolled oats or porridge oats
  • 250 gr caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
  • 2 teaspoon cold coffee
  • 3 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 20 gr desecrated coconut

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix the butter, vanilla flavour, sugar, coffee and cocoa powder to a smooth mass. Make sure there are no lumps in the butter.
  • Now add the oats.
  • Roll the mass into around 20 balls (depending on which size you prefer)
  • Pour the coconut onto a plate and roll the balls to cover them.
  • Place into the fridge to set for about 2 hours before serving.
